Chairperson Gamiotea called the July 27, 2015, Emergency Meeting to order at 6:00 pm, in the City Council Chambers,
located at 55 Southeast 3rd Avenue, Room 200, Okeechobee, Florida,
Pledge of Allegiance was led by Chairperson Gamiotea.

This being a quasi-judicial proceeding, an oath was administered to those offering testimony, all responded affirmatively. Officer
Sterling advised all events occurred within the corporate limits of the City of Okeechobee. The Officer's notes, testimony,
photographs, and supporting documents were all entered as part of the official record.
Attorney Cook addressed the Board to advise them the reason for calling an emergency meeting was in order to avoid any
further delay in closing on the property. He added, if the Board decides to release the liens, we could still collect an
administrative fee of ninety-six dollars to cover the expense for advertising tonight's meeting in the newspaper.

Officer Sterling testified Case No 06-125 had a fine imposed of $100.00 per day for disabled vehicle and general cleaning which
accrued 25 days ($2,500.00). In addition, Case No 07-026 had a fine imposed of $50.00 per day for disabled vehicle and
general cleaning which accrued 170 days ($8,500.00), Mr. Sterling said the property has not been cited for any violations since
2007, Also, the owner had contacted him stating she did not receive the Board Order informing her a fine had been imposed.
Member Conrad moved Case No.06.125 and 07.026, Chad Jenkins & Adelin Hauser,1104 SE 8t' Drive, be given a full
release of both liens ($2,500.00 & $8,500.00), the only cost remaining will be an administrative fee of ninety-six dollars;
seconded by Member Denisuk.
