271-020 JoinerORDINANCE NO. 271 - (20) ORDINAN E AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 271, BEING AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING ZONING REGULAT ONS FOR THE CITY OF OKEECHOBFE, FLORIDA, AND PROVIDING FOR. THE ADMINIS RATION, ENFORCEMENT AND AMENDMENT THEREOF PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF CHAP ER 176, FLORIDA STATUTES, 1953. WH REAS, application has been made by Robert Joiner, requesting this Council to rezone from Residential (R -2) to Commercial Lots 9 and 10 of Block 1 9, Original Town of Okeechobee, and WH REAS, notice of intention to amend City Zoning Ordinance No. 271 regarding said application was duly published according to law, and WH REAS, on the 23rd day of July, 1963, a public hearing was held in the Cit Council room pursuant to said notice, and WH PAS, it is deemed to the best interest of the City of Okeechobee to gran said application; now therefore BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OKEECHOBEE, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That Lots 9 and. 10 of Block 199, Original Town of Okeechobee, be and s hereby rezoned from Residential (R -2) to Commercial effective July 23 1963. SE TION 2. That the application requesting rezoning and proof of publica ion of notice to amend zoning Ordinance No. 271 published in connect on with the above application be attached to this Ordinance and become part hereof.
