271-040 MobleyORDINANCE NO. 271 - (40) ORDNANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 271, BEING AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING ZON NG REGULATIONS FOR THE CITY OF OKEECHOBEE, FLORIDA, AND PROVIDING FORiTHE ADMINISTRATION, ENFORCEMENT AND AMENDENT THEREOF PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 176, FLORIDA STATUTES, 1953. WHE ]t AS, application has been made by Marvin Mobley, requesting this Gelincilto $zone from Residential (R -2) to Commercial Lots 22, 23, 24, 25 and 26, Bleck 163, Original Town of Okeechobee, and WHE AS, notice of intention to amend City Zoning Ordinance No. 271 regarding $aid application was duly published according to law, and WHEREAS, on the 23rd day of November, 1965, a public hearing was held in the Ci4 Council room pursuant to said notice, and WHE AS, it is deemed to the best interest of the City of Okeechobee, to grant said application; now therefore i BE $T ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OKEECHOBEE, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That lots 22, 23, 24, 25 and 26, Block 163, Original Town of Okeechobeei be and are hereby rezoned from Residential (R -2) to Commercial effective I evember 23, 1965. SECTION 2. That the application requesting rezoning and proof of publication to amend Zoning Ordinance No. 271 published in connection with the above application be attached to this Ordinance and become a part hereof. SEC'ION 3. That the City Clerk make the appropriate change on the City Zoning Map in accordance with Ordinance. PAS1ED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of November, 1965.
