WUER AS, application has been made by J. H. Ward, requesting this Council to rezone from Agricultural to Commercial Lots 1, 2 and 3, Taylor Creek Manor, and 11:F.R-AS, notice of intention to amend. City Zoning Ordinance No. 271 regarding said appl-cation was duly published according to law, and WHE AB, on the 6th day of April, 1965, a public hearing was held in the City Council room pursuant to said notice, and WEER.
