WHEREAS, Application has been made by W. C. Sherman, Executor of Roscoe L. Markham, Sr. Estate requesting this Council to rezone from Res- idential (R -1) to Commercial. 1st Addition to the City Block 220, Lots 10, 11, and 12. Original Town of Okeechobee. WHEREAS, notice of intention to Amend City Zoning Ordinance No. 271, regarding said application was duly published according to law, and WHEREAS, on the 19th day of August, 1976, a public hearing was held in the City Council room pursuant to said notice, and WHEREAS, it is deemed to the best interest of the City of Okeechobee, to grant application; now therefore BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OKEECHOBEE, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. 1st Addition to the City Block 220, Lots 10, 11, and 12.
