ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 271, BEING AN ORDINANCE
ESTABLISHING ZONING REGULATIONS FOR THE CITY OF OKEECHOBEE,
FLORIDA, AND PROVIDING FOR THE ADMINISTRATION, ENFORCEMENT
AND AMENDMENT THEREOF PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER
176, FLORIDA STATUTES, 1953.
WHEREAS, application has been made by Paul and Alma Rode
esting this Council to rezone from RESIDENTIAL (R -1) to
ERCIAL.
Commencing at the North East corner of Section 28,
Township 37 South, Range 35 East, thence run South
along the East boundary line of said Section 28,
for a distance of 567.00 feet, thence run West for
la distance of 150 feet for P.O.B. Thence continue
West for a distance of 211.00 feet, thence run

No. 271, regarding said application was duly published - according

WHEREAS, on the 12th day of April, 1977, a public hearing
was held in the City Council room pursuant to said Notice, and
WHEREAS, it is deemed to the best interest of the City of

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OKEECHOBEE,

SECTION 1. That commencing at the North East corner of
