(South West 2nd Ave.) Dear Members of the Board: I strongly oppose the aboV2 proposed rezoning because: it would be detrimental to the neighborhood, it would downgrade the existing zoning adversely affecting pro- perty values in the area. This proposed change is contrary to the established land use pattern, it would create an isolated district (spot zone), and it would be contrary to the existing city plan. There are no reasons why the property cannot be used in accord with the existing zoning. And furthermore, there are plenty of adequate sites in the City for the proposed use in districts already permitting such use. Sincerely, f1sa W4 1Y 7 tZ Christina P.
