Tomlinson, requesting this Comncil to rezone from Co~rcial to Residential (R-2) Lots 11 and 12, Block 19, Northwest lddition~ and, WHEREAS, Not~ of intention to amend City Zoning Ordinance No. 271 regarding said d~ published according to law, and application WHEREAS, on ~ 4th day of August, 1964, a public hearing was held ia the City Council room pursuant to ~atd notice, and WHERe, it !~ deemed to the best interest of the City of Okeechohee to grant said application; now ~erefore ELORIDA: SECTION 1. ~t Lots 11 and 12, Block 19, Northwest Addition, be and is hereby rezoned from Comm~ial to Residential (R-2) effective A~u~t 4, 1964. Kinsaul, Water Superintendent.
