attached to this ~inance and become a part hereof.

The Council discuSed complaints concerning M. F. Kinsaul, Water Superintendent. In view of the
fact, that Mr. Kinsaul had ~en reprimanded on two prior occasions it was deemed to the best interest of
the City to suspend Kinsaul ~ediately, to request his resignation and in the event that said resignation
