It went before the board on Dec 9, 2014. A fine of $60 per day was imposed on Dec 26, 2014 for Public nuisance and General cleaning. The property owner received and signed for all notices, but we have been unable to contact him. (he lives in Sarasota). As of today the fine is $17,160 and continues to accrue daily.
