WE HEREBY SUBMIT A REQUEST FOR A DENIAL OF APPLICATION #159- R:CATHERINE S. NIX FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS: (a) Would like the neighborhood to be maintained as RSF. (b) Especially do not want a Tri -plex. (c) Would increase traffic flow in a residential neighbrohood. (d) Increase amount of noise in a nice quiet neighborhood. (e) Devalue property. (f) Hurt the beauty of the neighborhood. (g) Expedite costly sewage /water hookup. WE BELIEVE THERE IS A NEED FOR APARTMENTS BUT WE FEEL PLANNING COMMISSION SHOULD TAKE A CLOSER LOOK AT WHERE THESE TYPES OF MULTI - FAMILY DWELLINGS WILL BE PERMITTED. THERE SHOULD BE AREAS SET ASIDE FOR THIS TYPE OF ZONING REQUESTS. WE WOULD LIKE TO ASK THE MEMBERS OF THE BOARD IF THEY WOULD LIKE TO HAVE APARTMENTS NEXT DOOR TO THEIR HOMES. WE ALSO FEEL THAT THE BOARD SHOULD GIVE MORE CONSIDERATION TO THE OWNERS/ RESIDENCES INSTEAD TO INVESTORS WHO DON'T LIVE IN THE AREA. OUR MOTHER, MRS.
