Chairman Frank Williamson, Jr. presided with the following members present: Chris Hooker, Brenda O'connor, Jerry Bryant, Robby Hoover, and Roger Jones. Also present were County Attorney Ed Curren, Zoning Administrator Walter Taylor, and Secretary Patricia Meyers. Jerry Bryant made a motion to wave the reading of the factors. Seconded by Brenda O'connor. The vote was unanimous to wave the reading of the factors. New Business: PETITION # 251 -R SYLVIA LIPSCOMB - RG -1I TO C -1. Ms. Lipscomb came before the Board to represent the Petition. She presented a folder to all of the Board members with pictures, and letters from some of the surrounding land owners that are in favor of the rezoning. She stated that she would like to have the subject property rezoned so that she may put a Title Company there in her home. There was some discussion on the location and parking arrang- ments. After all factors were considered, Roger Jones made a motion to Recommend Approval. Seconded by Brenda O'connor. The vote was unanimous to Recommend Approval.
