ORDER: The City of Okeechobee Code Enforcement Board has determined you have violated the Code of Ordinances, Ch 30 Sec 30 -43 Public nuisance & 30 -44 General Cleaning concerning your property located at 1106 SE 4th Street, Okeechobee, FL If you do not correct the violation within five (5) days after receipt of this notice , or notify the Code Enforcement Officer of the correction, the Board imposes a fine of $ 10.00 per day commencing that date and continuing daily until the violation is corrected or the city is notified by you and verifies the correction, which ever first occurs. Failure to make the disclosure creates a rebuttable presumption of fraud. Sale of the property will not cause this case to be dismissed.
