Section 1. Kissimmee street, from first to third street is
hereby designated a one -way street,South; second street is hereby
Ave.
designated a one -wey street running West from Parrott/to KtssiTi.T"1e
street.
Section 2. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons,
firrri or corroration to :,rive or caused to b driven any motor vehicle
street
propelled by gas on or over Kissimmee /"Fiom first street to third
street except in a $outhernly direction, or over Second street be-
tween Parrott Avenue and Kissimmee street except in a Westerly direction.
Provided, however, that the rrovisions of this Ordinance mall not
apply except on school days and during school hours. School hours
are hereby declared to be from seven thirty A. E. to four o'clock
Section 3. This Ordinance is hereby declared to he an emer?'ency
Ordinance designed or the T-rote c Lion of the nUblic school children
of Okeechobee Connty, Florida, attending the Okeechobee Public
and the preservation of the welfare of the people in general.
Section 4. Any Gerson or persons, firm or corporation violating
any provisions of this Ordinance shall be°unished by fine not exceeding
Twenty -five Dollars or by imprisonment in the City Jail not exceeding
Fifteen days.
Section 5. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
shhool,
its passage by the City Council
and roval by the Mayor.
