BE IT ENACTED BY TFE CITY COUNCIL. OF TFE CITY OF OKEECI7OBEE,
FLORIDA:
Section One. That a City Marshall or Chief of Police for the,
city of Okeechobee, Florida, shall hereafter, he elected by
the qualified voters of said city, a.t the same time that
other City Officials are elected, and his term of office shat
be the same as other City Officials.
Section Two. All Ordinances or Laws in conflict with the
provisions of this ordinance, are hereby expressly repealed.
