ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY '' HE ' `AYOR AND CITY 00T OIL OF
THE CITY OF OFECHCBEE, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That on end after the 15th dey of January,
A.D. 1942, e11 trucks, other than nick -up end ore ton trucks,
are prohibited from parking on Parrott Avenue, in the City of
Okeechobee, between the intersections of Seventh end Eighth
Streets with said Parrott Avenue. Providing, however, that
trucks will be permitted to park at filling stetions in er-id
prohibited areas for the purpose of purchasing fuel and other
necessities in connection with the operation of trucks.
Section 2. Any person or persons violating the
provisions of Section 1 of this Ordinance shall be e'ablect to
a fine by the Yeyor of not less than ten nor more than One
Hundred Do] lsrs or imprisonment in the City Jell not more thin
thirty days, or both such fine end imprisonment, in the
discreti ^n of the ]' yor.
Section 3. The City Council sha1.7 cause su table suns
to be erected givi r. due notice to said eres.
Section 4. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in
conflict h'rewith be and the same ere hereby repepled.
