0315 (House Trailers)OPD INANCE NO. 315 . /N ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 294, BEING AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE '?A?.ING OF HOUSE TRAILERS AND THE OCCUPANCY THEFEOF i °JITHIN THE CITY OF OKEECHO JEE, FLORIDA, AND P R O V I D I N G A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION OF ITS TERMS. Be It Ordained By The City Council of the City of Okeechobee, Florida: That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 294 be and it is hereby amended to real as follows: Section 1. A. Emergency or temporary stopping or parking of house trailers shall be permitted on any street, alley or highway or other public place for not longer than four hours, subject to any other and further €prohibitions or limitations imposed by the ordinances of the City of Okeechobee, Florida. r, House trailers ,a°- br Der itted on land zoned for co:,lierciai uses as display or for sale, but not to b^ occupied as an office or living quarters. C. General contractors may obtain a temporary permit, for a period of time not exceeding 120 days, to park a house trailer on the site of construction for use as an office or quarters for a night watchman during the period of actual construction; said permit to be issed upon the recommendation of the City Building Inspector and payment of a petmit fee in the amount of Ten Dollars. D. House trailers may be permitted on a temporary basis up to six months duration in certain hardship cases when the following donditions are ;.et: (1) Upon in, estigation and r-ecom —ndation of the r?ayo: ^.
