M. on the above date at the City Hall with the following present: Mayor Audley Dunham, President Donald L. ~. Burk, Councilmen: Russell ¥. Domer, Edward W. Douglas, and E. H. Hunt with Attorney J. Edward Curren, City Clerk Lorena Spivey, Director of Public Works L. C. Fortner, Jr., Police Chief Dewitt H. Staats, Fire Chief Olen Godwin and Building Official Richard B. Spray. President Burk opened the meeting and prayer was by Councilman Douglas. Pursuant to notice published in the ~keechobee News regarding a public hearing to consider ,1, rezoning Lots 3, 4, % and 6, ~lock 158, Original Town of Okeechobee from Resideatial (R-2) to Commrci~], President Burk asked if there were any objections to the requested rezoning. No objection was heard or filed.
