SECTION 1.• All impounding fees and other expenses and the proceeds of the' sale of hogs under this ordinance shall be turned into the city with an itemized statement attached, and all expenses incurred in keeping the s•scid hogs under this ordinance dhall be paid by city warrant as other expenses of the city are # paid.
