BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF 'IE CITY. OF OKEE.

STC. 1. All automobiles, motorcycles and other motor vehicles used

used at all times When seid automobile, motorcycle, or other motor
vehicles is ridden or driven on the City Streets.
S.W. 2. Every automobile, motorcycle, motor vehicle and bicycle used
on the City streets shall be equipped with a light showing on tie
front and both sides, which shall be displayed when s aid vehicle is
used at night. Automobiles, in addition to the front light or lights,
shall display at night tail light or lights. All lights shall be of
sufficient power and brightness so es to give ample warning.
Sec. 3. Every automobile, motorcycle, motor vehicle and bicycle
shall be equipped with a horn, bell or gong, and it shall be the duty
of the rider or driver of such vehicle to sound the same When turning
a corner or approaching or passing another vehicle or person, so as
to give timely warning.
SEC. 4. It shall be unlawful to ride or drive an autonobile, motor°
cycle, motor vehicle or bicycle on the streets of the City as a greater
rate of speed then fifteen miles per hour, and in turning corners
the s peed shall be reduced to six miles per hour.
Sec. 5. It shall be unlawful for more than one person to ride upon
any motorcycle within the Lity limits, unless said motorcycle is
properly equipped with an additional seat in such manner that the
person controlling the motorcycle has an unobstructed view in all
directions. ' 'here this section is violated then each person riding
upon ztz said motorcycle shall be punished as provided in this Ordinance.
ec. 6. All automobiles„ motorcycles, motor vehicles and all teams
and vehicles shall beep to the right while traveling on tae city
streets and shall keep as close to the curb as is practicable, such
vehicles shall cross the streets only at street intersectin. All
motor or other vehicles parkin; or standing on the street shall keep
as close to the curb as possible and so that the right sidd of the
vehicle shall be next to the curb. No motor or other vehicle shall
at stand in any such place in the street as will prevent the use of
such street by moving vehicles.
SEC. 7.. Any Person violating any of the provisions of this ord-

or by imprisonment not exceeding sixty days, or both.
SEC. 8. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately
upon its passage and approval by the Mayor.
