The City Council of the City of 0keechobee, Florida, convened in
a Budget Workshop Session in the Clerk's Office at the City Hall,
0keechobee, Florida, at 7:00 P.M., Thursday, July 27, 1978.
President Russell V. Domer presiding.
Councilmen Edward W. Douglas, Jim Knight and Lytle Raulerson were
present. Councilman Lavon Bass was absent.
Others present were: L. C. Fortner, Jr., Director of Public
Works; Larry Mobley, Chief of Police; Sylvia Christian, Acting City
Clerk and Lola Parker, Deputy Clerk.

present. Councilman Jim Knight was absent.
Others present were: Audley Dun/lam, Mayor; L. C. Fortner, Jr.,

The Invocation was offered by Councilman Edward W. Douglas.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
It was moved by Councilman Bass and seconded by Councilman Douglas
and vote carried that the minutes of June 1D, 27, July 6, 11 and 20, ~978
be approved as recorded.
