STATE ROAb N0. —COUNTY NAME PARCEL & R/W JUN NO. 91 530 6614 Okeechobee 4 2614 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN UTILITIES AGREEMENT FOR THE ADJUSWNT, CHANGE OR RELOCATION OF CERTAIN UTILITIES WITHIN THE RIGHT- OF-WAY LIMITS HEREAFTER DESCR.IBEb, AND PROYIDNG WHEN THIS RESOLUTION SHALL TAKE EFFECT, ON MOTION OF Councilman WatfordqI seconded by Councilman Gardner, the following Resolution wits adopteds WHEREAS, the State Road Department of Florida has located and proposes to construct or reebnstruct a part of Riverside Dr. in Wilcox Shores and WHEREAS] in order for the Statle Road Department to further acrd complete said project; it is necessary that certain utilities and/or facilities within the Right of War limits of .said Riverside Drive in Wilcox Shores, he adjusted,, changed or relocated; and .WHEREAS, the State Road Department having requested the City of Okeechobee, Florida, to execute and deliver to the State Road Department a. Utilities Agreement agrt6ing ti make or cause to be mad# adjustmerits'; :lunges or relocations -of said utilities and/or facilities as set out in said Agreement, and said request having been duly considered; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLED by the City Council of the City of Okeechobeejq Floridan that the Mayor and Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to make, execute and deliver to the State Road Department a Utilities Agreement for the adjustment, change or relocation of certain utilities within the Right of Way limita of said Riverside Dr. in Wilcox Shores, Section 91530-6614; BE IT FURTHER. RESOLVED that a certified copy, of this Resolution be forwarded to the State Road Department at Tallahassee, Florida. Councilman Gardner moved to adopt the following Resolution conveying Lot 47, Block Original Town of Okeechobee to State Road Department of Florida and authorized the execution ed and upon being being seconded by Councilman Walker was put to a vote and unanimously adopted:
