Council to authorize the Tax Collector of the City of
Okeechobee to cancel all city taxes heretofore levied
against the property hereinafter described for the years
1922 to 1940 inclusive for the reason that said lands were
excluded from the municipality by Chapter 10960, Laws of
Florida, Acts of 19255 and
',b`HEIHEAS, said taxes which have been assesed for the
years 1929 to 1940 inclusive constitute a cloud upon said
property and this Council having given due consideration
to said application_,

Collector of the City of Okeechobee be and she is 7�iereby
authorized and instructed to carce?_ all ?inpaid taxes and
tax certificates issued for the years 1929 to 1940 inclusive,
or any of such rears, and make proper notation on tlie tax
rolls of said city to clear the followinJ described lands
of said taxes:
Lot 7, Block 10, Riverside Park Subdivision,
according to Plat Book �._ Page a3 , public
records of Okeechobee County, Florida.
Passed and adopted in regular adjourned session this
20 day of February, A. D. 1956.
