Letters were received by the Mayor and Me,bore of the City Council frc~ ~arkhaa Brother and
'" Coapa~y regardin~ a revie~ ~f the rate structure on water and sewer. After discussion the Council
authorized Mayor Neck to ge~ informs%ica on ~atter fro~ cities equal to Okeechobee.
The se~r line extension requested in October 22, 1963 minutes was not granted at this time
due to cost and l~nght of extension.
The Co'SOil agre~ to install a ~ed culvert on South Park Street at Robert Joiner's store.
Attorne~ Hendry reported that the Commissioners were thinking of extending the hours at garbage
dump site which t~ turn would require more salary for the eaployoe. Councilman Watford moved that the
City do their sh~-e t~ this iadded expense seconded by Councilman Walker and unan~wmusly carried.
