Counc-1-1 to stithorize Vie Tax Collector of the, Cit- of nl'e�e—
chobeo to cancel all city taxes heretofore levied against the
property hereinafter described for tbe years 1927 to 1940 in-
clusive for the reason tont said lands were excl-uded from the
municipalit-
y by Chapter 10960, Laws of Florida, Acts of 19250
and MTE-INEAS said taxes which have been assessed for the years
1927 to 1940 in(�.lusiva constitute a cloud upon said pr-)-perty
and this Council havinf� Fyiven due consideration to snid appli-
cation.,
NOVVY TFEREDIOREt BE' IT R�OSOLVED that the City Tax Ool-
lector of the City of Okeechobee be and she is T-j.er�-.by authorized
and instructed to cancel all unpaid taxes and tax certificates
issued 1"or the years 1927 to 1940 inclusive, or any of such
years, and make proper notation on the tax rolls of said city
to clear the foll,owin,7 described lands of said taxes:
