-he City Council of t -ho City of Okeechobee, Florida, sitting
as a Board of Canvassers, has canvassed the returnsof the General City
-Election held December 1, 1942, --and
WHEREAS, H. H. Raularson received the highest number of votes for
Mayor., and W. R. Pag01J. M. Roo, Sr., 0. L. Raulerson, S. R. Raifsnider
and I. N. McMullen received the highest number of votes for Councilmen
and Alma Gross received the highest number of votes for City Clerkx
NOW; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT H. H. Raulerson, be, audhe is
hereby declared elected Mayor; that W. R. Page, J. M. Roo, Sr., and
0. L. Raul-erson, S. R. Raifsnider and I. N. McMullen be, and they are
Ifereby 'declared Councilmen and That Alma Gross bi, and she is hereby
ele6ted City Clerk.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is hereby in—
structed to issue and deliver certificates of election to each of the
above persons.
Passed and adopted in regular session this let. day o. -L' December, A. D.
1942.
Upon motion, duly seconded and carried the Council adjourned as a board
of Canvassers and convened as a Council for the purpose of transacting
City business. -The City'Attorney requested a filing fee of 4100.00
for the Clerk of,�the U. S. District Court at Miami, Florida, in connection

with Bankruptcy, edings to be filed on behalf of the City. The Council
instructed the 0 ork to prepare a warrant for said amount.
Upon Motion, duly seconded and carried the City Clark was instructed to
pay the Inspectors and Clerk of the City Election. Upon Motion the
Countil. adjourned.
