R E S 0 L U T 1 0 N
WHLRIAS, the 01ty-Council of'the City of Okeochobee,
Florida, sitting as a board of canvassors, has canvassed the
-returns of the General City Election hold December 3, 1940� and
WHEREAS, H. H. Raulerson received the highest number
S. R. Raiftnider and I. N. McMullen received the highest number of
votes for Councilmen and Alma Sherman received the highest number of
votes for City Clark.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that H. H. Raulorson be,
and he is hereby declared elected Mayor, that W. R. Page, J. M. Roo, Sr.
0. L. R-aulorson, S. R. Ralifsnidor and I. N. McMullen be, and they are
hereby declared elected Councilman, that- Alma Sherman be, and she is
hereby declared elected City Clerk.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clark be, and he is
hereby instructed to issue and deliver certificates of election to
each of the aoovo porsons.
PASSED and ADOPTED in regular session this 6th day of
December, A. D. 194o.
