WHEREAS, the Oity Council of the City of Okeechobee, Florida, sitting as
a. board of canvassers has canvassed the returns 6f the General City Election held.

WHEREAS, William J. Hend.ry received the highest number of votes for Mayor,
land H.'H. Raulerson, S. M. Swain, H. G. Culbreth, 0. L. Hunt and E. H. Lott received
ighest, number,, of votes. for Councilmen and Alto -Watford. received the highest
number of votes for City Clerk .'and L. L..Conrad received the highest number,of voe.
for Chief of Police.
THEREFORE' SE IT RESOLVED, that William X. Hendry be,andi;ho-io'hereby
NOW, ti
Ideclared elected Mayor, that H. H. R,,-xLlorson, S. M. Swain, H. G. Oulbreth, 0. L..Hun
and E H. Lott be, and,they are, hereby declared elected Councilmen, that Alto Watfo
be, and he is, hereby declared elected Oity Clerk, that L. L. Conrad be, and lie is,
hereby declared elected Chief of Police.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be, and he is, hereby instruct(
to issue and deliver certificates of election to each of the above persons.
