state of Florida, that the Emergency Relief Administration, by its proposal for a
worl project for
Installation of Sanitaxy Toilets in Okeechobee, Florida, which said Toilets
have been approved by the State Board of Health
Js a public project for the benefit of the general public, and not for the benefit
of any private interest, and the title toi,the property upon which the work Is to be
performed is vested in the
City of Okeechobee
the project embraces works that needs to be done for the general good of the commun-
ity, that there are no appTopriated-,, funds available, nor any other way in which local
public funds may be made available with which to do this work, and that unless Feder-
.�4al Funds are used for this purpose the said work cannot be done at this time, nor at
any,time within the near future that any material of project will be furnished by the
My of Okeechobee.
Read and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council Of Okeedhobee, the

tion, motion seconded by Councilman Brass and passed:
RESOLTJT ION

Whereas, the Emergency Relief Administration has by proper resolution proposed
.��the installation of certain sanitary toilets in the City of Okeechobee, Florida, and
Whereas, the City Council of said City considers said PTOjedt of general benefR
to the people of said City and necessary for the safeguarding of the' health of the

Whereas, the said Emergency Relief Administration proposes to furnish the labor
necessary for the proper installation of said sanitLary toilets,
Now Therefore Be It Resolved By the City Council of Okeechobee, Florida, that
the said City pay for all materiai necessary for the proper installation of said
toilets,
Be It Further Resolved, That the said City, will through its proper officers,
furnish to the said Emergency Relief Administration, all material herein above
referred to, upon request and at such time as may be required for the carrying out
of the provisions of this Resolution.
Read and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of Okeechobee,
