RESOLUTION SHOWING THE NECtSSITY FOR FEDERAL FUNDS FOR EMERGENCY RELIEF PROJECTS
BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of Okeechobee the County of Okeechobee,
State of Florida, that the Emergency Relief Administration, by its proposal fox a
Work p8orglilgfol Main Street(Exte nsion of Hillsboro St) from Hillsorest street
to Old Dixie Highway
is a public project for the benefit of the general public., and not for the benefit
of any private interest and the title to the property upon which the work is to
be performEd.igrvested In t%ibi%ofoOtee hobee.

that there are no appropriated funds available, nor any other way in which local public
funds may be made available, with which to do this work, and that unless Federal
