from the front line of the world battle for humanity, the
soul of a distinguished citizen and official of the City
of Okeechobee, Florida, the late Honorable William R. Page,

WHER&AS, the kjity of uke�.lchobee has lost a true and
faithful courageous leader, and the United States of America
one of the most diligcat� dependable and faithful workers
in the sale of War Bonds and stamps; and
AHERi�AS, tnia body, on behalf of the City Officials_
and citizens of the uity of Okeechobee, Florida, will ever
proudly honor the memory of our late friend and worker;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OKEECHOBEE, FLORIDA2 IN MEETING ASSEMBLED, as
f ollows:
FIRST: That the d0opest and heartfelt sympathy
of this Council, and other officials of the City of Okea-
chobee, is hereby extended to the widow, and,othor relatives
of our departed friend:
SECOND: That this memorial be given to the pres's
and a copy theroof be spread upon the minutes of this mo,. -ting
and a copy under the hands of the President Pro -Tom, City
