1932-10 Condemnation of BuildingThe following resolution was offered by Councilman Ben Walker, who moved its
adoption, motion seconded by Councilman Berka and passed:

WHEREAS., it has been brought to- the attention of this Council that the build-
ings located on the property hereinafter described, are ina. delapidated and unsaa-
itarj; condition and axe fire hazards. -
NOW) THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Attorney be, and he is, hereby
instructed to notify the omers of said buildings to place the same in repair
wad in a sanitary condition which meats witn the approval of the City Building

In.=,ector, on or before thirty days from this date or to remove same, and that in
the event said owners do not make the necessary repatxs or remove said buildings
T within said time that the City will proceed to remove said buildings at the cost
of the owners; said buildings being located on the follotring deser.-Lbed property
within the City of Okeechobee, Cointy of Okeechobee, State of Florida, to -wit:
Lots I to 6, Block 14-, Riverside Park Addition; Lot 7 less South 65 ft., Block
14., Riverside Park Addition.
