1932-06 Removal of dangerous buildingsN.
The following Resolution was offered by Councilman J. H. Wa�Lker, Sr. � IVI-10
�oved its adoption, motion seconded by Councilman Berka and passed:
RESOLUTION
XLZREAS, The City Attorney wam instructed by this Council to notify the ownei
r ovmers of Lots 20 and 21 of Block 27, Northwest Addition, a subdivision to the
ity of Okeechobee, Floridk.. -@-iid the owner or owners of Lots 9 and 10 of Block 4,
Pouthwest Addition, a subdivision to the City of Okeechobee, Florida, that the
buildings located on said property were danit-erous tL traffic and dangerous to the
health of the citizens in the City of Okeechobee, Florida, and that said buildings ivere
bOyond Tep"r and for said owner or owners to remove same immediately and upon their
refuaal to re.,aove same that this Co-,.mcil would order said buildings removed within
thirty days at the cost of sa-id oyrner or owners, and
IMEREAS, the City Attorney has advised this Council that he has been unable to
locate the owner or owners of said -property.

NOW, THEREFOREE, BE IT RESOLVED 'by the City CoLu
Florida, that s2id buildings be, and the same �ore hereby condemned i�xid the City
Inspector is hereby authorized and instructed to have said buildin6s removed

Owner 0 r owners of said property.
