RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Okeechobee., Florida, that
Honorable A. W. Young, State Senator,, and P. Tomasello, Jr., County Representative
in and for the County of Okeechobee, State of Florida, be, and they are hereby
requested to prooure amendments to the Ch-arter-of the City of Okeechobee., Florida, -
at the present session of the Florida Legislature, providing in effect as follows:
1. To license and tax' -`omnibuses, busses, automobiles and
trucks 'transporting passengers and freight.
2. Payradm,,t of poll tax for City Elections five days before
the day of election.
3. To condemn and order to be demolished and removed, or to
be put in a state of sound repair, any and all delapidated,
unsanitary and unsafe buildings or structures.
Passed in open session this 27th day of April, A. D. 1931.
