The following Resolution was proposed by Councilman S. R. Raifenider,, who
moved its adoption; motion seconded by Councilman J, H. Walker, Sr. and carried
by unanimous vote:
R E 8 0 L U T 1 0 N

WHEREAS., Honorable L. W. Jennings, who has been employed as City Attorney
f or the City of Okeeohobee, f or the past seven years, has tendered his resignation
as City Attorney and will practice his profession in the City of Jaoksonvilles
Florida, in the future and,
WEEMS, he has rendered capable and efficient service to the City; always
prompt with legal advice when called upon by the several City officials and employ-
ees and ever ready to protect the Interests of the City,
NOW THEREFORE,, Be it resolved that the Mayor and City Council of the City Of
Qkeechobee do hereby express their appreciation. of the faithful and efficient serv-:�z,
Ice -rendered by Honorable L. W. Jennings and in losing him this City suffers the
loss of a good citizen and faithful attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVZD.,. That this Resolution be incorporated in the minutes
of this meeting of the City Council and a copy of said Resolution be forwarded to
Honorable L. W. Jennings,
