'December 2nd, A. D. 1930, and
WHEREAS, Denham Bird received the Uighest number of votes for Mayor, and
WHEREAS$ -Albert Berka,..Dan B. MoCart#y-,- Ben Walk a r, J. H Walker, Sr. and
Alto tatford- received the highest number. of -votes for City Councilmen, and
WHEREAS, R. P.,,Fletcher-received the highest number of votes for City Olerk,
now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED THAT J. Denham Bird be and is hereby declared elect ad Mayor,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Albert Berka, Dan B. Mo6arthy, Ben W&lker,,J.,H*
