WHEREAS, CitY Council of City of Okeechobee, Florida, did on July i1th, A. D.
1525, pass ordinance No. 93 vehich i,.ras regularly ar)nroved by the kayor, -and
ViHEREAS, said Ordinai�rce provided for the issuance and sale of Time *arrants
of the City of Okeechobee o -f the -oar value of Flfty Thousand ($�0,000.00) Dollars,
said sale to be �.mrde pursuant to the provisions of saiO, Ordinance, and
'PHEREAS, said Time Warrants rere advertised for sale in Okeechobee News, '11!'.an-

WHEREAS, or. the sale date to -wit, August 18th, 192r-�, no sealed bids or auction
bids were received, and

the sarpe is hereby accepted, and
BE IT FURThER RESOLVED that the Tirre "arrante aforesaid be and they are here-
by awarded to Florida Lunicipals, Inc., upon their paying to the City of Okeechobee.,
through its Clerk, the surn of Forty-seven Thousand Five Hundred ($47,,500-00) Dollars
plus accrued interest to be calculated on the date of payment.
