adoption; motion seconded by Councilman Bass; and carried by unanimous vote:
INHEREAS, �,�.he City Council of the City of Okeechobee, Florida, sitting as a
canvassing board for the special bond election for the City of Okeech.obee, Florida,
held pursuant to law on January 26th, A.D. 1926; and
WHEREAS, it annears from the certificates of the ins-oectors and clerk of

said election that all the Tprojects submitted the voters at said election re ca ed
by mkority votes; NrOW THEREFORE:
BE IT RESOLVED by the City 'Council of the Citv of Okeechobee, Florida, that
the City Council declare and does hereby declare that all projects submitted to the

voters at the snecial bond election held January 26th, A.D. 1996, were'carried and.

none defeated; and that said election authorized the issuance o -L1
