Council met in special session on the above mentioned.date and
the following we re present: H. H.-DeYarman, President, Colmoil-

Oounoilman Albert Berka the following resolution was unani-
mously adopted:
RESOLUTION
Resolved, that the City 0ounoil deem it neoeseary:for
the best interests, and health of the City of Okeechobee., that
the cattle, horses, mulOs, sheep, goats, asses, and all 'other 4 J
cattle and animals be prohibited from running at large within the
corporate limits of the City of Okeechobee, Florida, and that

it is necessary that the�number of inhabitants be ascertained who
live within the limits of said City, who are bonifide' rebidents
thereof, do herein declare the same to.be the sense of the'said
City Council,,

Therefore be it furthAr,"resolved; That W. E. Holmes
.be and he is hereby appointed to take the census of the City of
Okeechobee, of all persons who are bonifide residents thereof,
and he shall be paid the sum of $6.00 per day for.said work-!,",'-"
