RESOLVED
That whereas, the Florida East Coast Railway Oozppany has made
-ion to the City Council that they wish to extend their
applicat
line of rail -road fron here south to bliami and that it is very

necessary that they cross certain streets of the City of Okeechobee
:hereinafter named with their tracks, to enable them to pass through;
the City and that they-viish permission from the City to cross the
following streets with their said tracks: North Curve Street from
poitt of right of ray'of the Florida East Coast Railroad to inter-
section of South Park and Cherokee Streets and Hancock Street souu�,,
of N=th Park Street.
Therefore be 'it resolved by the City Council of the City of
Okeechobee, Florida that permission is hereby given -the Florida.
East Coast Railroad Company the right to cross with their tracks
and maintain the same after constructed the following named streets:
North Curve Street from point of right -of -way of the Florida
East Coast Railroad to intersection of Soutli Park and Cherokee
Streets, and Hancock Street south of North Park Street and in
making the extension of their line through the City of Okeechobee

keeping proper crossings over said tracks.
This resolution to become effective.when signed by the.Mayor
