of stateen years., and to provide for the enforcement
thereof,

Be it ordained.by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Okee-
ohobee., NZW= County of Okeechobee, State of Florida.
j,,;,--SeotIon 1 That 'the driving of motor vehicles commonly known,
as
automobiles by persons under the age of sixteen yearsof age is
dangerous to the public safety in the Oity-of Okeechobee,, and is
liereby declared ko be detrimental to the public safety; That'it is
unlawful for any person undor the said age of sixteen years'to
operate or drive an automobile within the City limits of the City
..of Okeechobee, unless accompanied by a'parent, who is an exper-
"ienced driver, on the front seat with the child,-'
