Be it ordained.by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Okee-
j chobee,, NZEEMI County of Okeechobee, State of Florida.
4.,-:90otion 1' That Ithd driving of motor vehicles commonly known,,�as
aut omobiles by persons under the age of sixteen yearsof age is
dangerous to the public safety in the Oity-of Okeechobee., and is
hereby dsolared *o be detrimental to the public safety; That�it is
unlawful for any person undar the said age of sixteen years to
operate or drive an automobile within the City limits of the City
of Okeechobee, unless accompanied by a'parent., who is an exper-
"�ienced dri*7er, on the front seat with the child-'

�Vioiate the provisiOns of section one of this ordinance; that
is by driving an automobile within the City limits of the City
