Whereas a certain horse is at large in the City of Okeechobee;,
and
Whereas the said horse beinE described as follows:,a roan.horse
with a bad rupture, has generally made himself a nuisance, and
Whereas after a diligent search the ownership cannot be ascer-
tained, and
Whereas the said horse is of no value, now ther'efore
Be It "esblved by the City Council of the City of Okee'chobee
so
that the said horse is a nuisance and he is/hereby declared.
Be it further resolved that GadsdenoSellars, City employe be
instructed by the City Clerk to lead the said horse to an isolated
spot and kill him.
lotion was made by Councilman Bird, seconded'by Councilman
Hancock that the Okeechobee News be designated as the newspaper
list
in which the delinquent tax ple/for the year 1924 be p-diblished.
