1924-02 Acceptance of Election ResultsThe following resolution was offered by Councilman Berka,
seconded by Councilman Bass and carried by unanimous vote:
Whereas the City Council of the City of Okeechobee sitting
as a canvassing board for the Special Bond Election for the City
of Okeechobee, held pursuant to law on July 22nd 1924, and
Whereas, it appears from the certificates of the Inspectors
d Street
and Clerk of said election that the Water, Se*erage an
Paving projects carriedand that the Municipal Building, Park and
Fire Protection projects were defeated.
It is declared that Jula�� Council assembled in onen session this
23rd day of July A. D. 1924 find that said projects have beeh car-
ried -and defeated as aforesaid.
