BS IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OKEECHOBEE,
FLORIDA:
Sec. 1. That the said City does hereby contract and agree with
the FLORIDA EAST J0OAST RAILWAY COMPANY, a corporation, for the right
and privilege to cross the right of way and under the tracks of said
Railway Company in the City of Okeechobee, Florida, with water pipes
of sizes and at the locations described according to the terms and
conditions contained in a copy of -said proposed contract attached
hereto and made a Dart hereof and hereby agreed to.
Sec. 2. That H. H. DeYamon, President of the City Council, and
R. P. -Fletcher, Clerk of the said City, are hereby authorized and
directed to execute said contract for and on behalf of said City.
Sec. 3. Tilis resolution shall take effect irmnediately upon its
passage.
