dilligence,to bring action for the . purpose of validating said bonds'
pursuant to the laws of" the State of Florida, in such 6ases,"made and
provided.

RESOLUTION
Whereas, the City Council of the City of Okeec�hobee,, Florida,, did
,by ordinance, passed on the 20th day of January AD.,1920 resolve to'
.submit to thQ qualified electors of the City of Olteachobee,?Iorida,
entitled to vote in a bond election, the question of the issuance
of -bonds, for the spedial purpose as set out in said ordinan:oe, and
Whereas, pursuant to said ordinance a special municipal bond,election
was called,and held under regular proclamation of the Mayor,, and
after due publication of such notice of suol-- election, in the
-Okeechobee News, a newspaper published-in,the City of Oke'eohobee,
said publication of notice being once a week, for five sue-
oessive issues of said newspaper, and being not leas than 30 days
,_notice thereof, said date for said election being set for the 26th
day of February, A.D. 1920, and

the above returns were correct, and that there was the requl3ite
majority vote of qualified electors entitled to vote in saidI
e1eqt1on had authorized the i9snance of $40,000.00 for the purpose
hereinbefore stated.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THM CITY OF
OKEEr', BDBEE, FLORIDA.
That the City of Okeechobee, Florida, issue its bonds in the sum of
as authorized by law and Ordinance, and in such form as
the City Council may hereafter adopt.
Be rt Further Resolved, that the City Attorney proceed with due

95,000-00 as authorized by law, and ordinance, and In such form as the
Clty,Council may hereafter adopt.
Be it further resolved, that the City Attorney, proceed with due

pursuant to laws of the State of Florida, in such cases made and
nrovided.
