The City Council met in special session this 16th day of March,

RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE DEPOSITORY

DEPOSITED. AS C01JECTED.
The following resolution was on motion of Councilman.R.L.Pearce
seconded by C,)nrcilman E.R.Viright,Interduced. That the Bank of
Okeechobee Florida, be andthe same is hereby designated as the City
of Okeechobee, Depository for the purpose of the f�,,ndo realized
from the sale of the 1920 street paving bond3, and to receive the
amount collected by the Tax Assessor as interest and sinking
funds, thereon, as the same is collected, and the aforesaid
monnies, are hereby required to be deposited in said Depository,
as the same may be collected according to law.
The above resollition was unar,imonsly adopted by the following
vote and ordered recorded upon --the mimutes of the sai� City
Council, this the 16th day of March A D 1920, all voting yea and
none hay.
