1919-17 Water and Sewer BondsA RESOLUTION �esolved:' Whereas the City Council on the 30th day of September 1919, authorized the Clerk of the City Council to advertise for bids for the sale of water works and sewerage and also for the sale of street -wing bonds. Wherein it was required that all bids should be accompanied by a Cashier's Check on the Bank of Okeechobe6, Okeechobee, Florida for the sum of 410,000.00, made payable to D-R.McNeill, PreBi- dent of the City Council, City of Okeechobee Florida, and WHMMS it appears for the best interests of the City in the sale of the said bonds that the said amount of deposit be reduced to the sum of 051,000.00 each. Therefore, be it resolved that the City Clerk is hereby instructed to cause the said Notice of Sale of Bonds to be changed in each case as'herein noted. The above resolution was, on motion of R. L. Pearce, seconded by W. P. Underhill, unanimously passed this 28th day of October, 1919. City of Okeechobee, -and Whereas the said date of sale of said bonds is not a regiilar meeting day of said Cit,,- Council, anft it being necessary that a meetin- for I C) the ournoses aforesaid be held on that date, at 1 o'clock o.m.
