with it.,dr seretary Melba . At the request of the City, the
Department has agreed to reschedule our second 6eLtlenient
diEcunsion meeting in the above-referenced matter to December 14..e
1991 from 900 a , m. to 1200 ron in Tallahassee , The meeting

which was originally scheduled for Novembet 25, 1991 has been
cancelled . The City intends on submitting sug,.;ested plan revisions
to y in writing in advance rf our meeLArig on December 11Lh.
Tn the meantime, the invitation which was issued during our
.T-1. ing in Tallahassee or you and ether DCA plan review team
to visit the City cf Ckeecnobee remains open. The City
believes that an on-site visit by plan review team members would
be helpful to the settlement dicussions . This morning I spoke
with Tony Arrant and he stated that he will get back in touch
With Me to schedule such 8 visit if Department travel policy and

If I do not hear from Tony about the zits visit, I look
