Pursuant to notice published in the Okeeehobee News regarding a public hearing on request for
rezoning Lots 9 a~ 10 of ~lock 199, Original Town of Okeechobee from ~esidential (R-2) to Commercial
President Mc Crock~in asked if there was any objections. No objection was heard or filed. Councilman
Natford presented the following Ordinance and moved its adoption and upon being seconded by Councilma~
~unt was put to a vote and unanimo~usly adopted'.
