Case No.12- 097 Code Officer Sterling testified property owner, Federal NafI Mortgage Association, received notice of violation/notice of hearing
Federal Nat'l Mortgage Association.1003 SW 11' Avenue. by certified mail. In addition, Mr. Sterling contacted the local realtor, Julie Turner, at United Country Real Estate, but nothing

Ch 30 Sec 30-44 General cleaning & beautification Association at 1003 SW 11 Avenue in violation of Ch 30 Sec 3043 Public nuisance and Sec 30-44 General cleaning. Declaring
the property to be a public nuisance based on the testimony of Code Officer Sterling, imposing a fine of $5.00 per day beginning
upon receipt of proper notification and recommending the City take action to abate the nuisance if the property is not cleaned
within a reasonable amount of time ; seconded by Member Conrad.

Code Officer Sterling testified property owner, Wanda Page, received notice of violation/notice of hearing by certified mail. Code
Officer Sterling stated he has been in contact with Ms. Page's daughter, Jean Pryor. She is trying to sell the property because
she doesn't have the resources financially to maintain the property. Member Conrad moved to find Case 12-106 Wanda Page
at 803 NW 11"' Street in violation of Ch 30 Sec 30-43 Public nuisance and Sec 30-44 General cleaning, based on the testimony
of Code Officer Sterling, imposing a fine of $5.00 per day beginning upon proper notification, and recommending the City
Attorney discuss with the City Administrator the possibility of contacting the property owner in reference to donating this property
to Habitat for Humanity; seconded by Member Huckabee.

Code Officer Sterling testified notice of violation/notice of hearing was returned therefore notices were posted on the property.'
Mr. Sterling stated property owner, Lewis Beebe, contacted him in November and stated it would be mowed. However, as of
today nothing has been done to bring the property into compliance. Member Close moved to find Case 12-117 Lewis & Betsy
Beebe at 1380 SE 21s' Street in violation of Ch 30 Sec 30-43 Public nuisance and Sec 30-44 General cleaning, based on the
testimony of Code Officer Sterling, imposing a fine of $25.00 per day beginning upon proper notification; seconded by Member
Conrad.

Dear Ms. Pryor:
Please find enclosed your money order in the amount of $25.00 which you sent to cover lawn
mowing at 803 NW 11 ch Street. Unfortunately, the property is now overgrown to the point that
it will require a bigger mower (see enclosed photos). I checked with a lawn maintenance person
who quoted a price of $100.00 for the initial cut and then if it is mowed on a monthly basis the
cost would be $25.00 per month. Please give me a call within the next five (5) days to let me
know what your intentions are in reference to getting the property mowed. Please make all
payments out to the lawn service and not the City, we can not accept payment from you for
services rendered.
